Greencastle Tropical Study Center offers a wide variety of research and teaching opportunities related to tropical agriculture, biology, terrestrial and aquatic ecology and marine biology, as well as history, sociology, ecotourism and alternative energy. The possibilities for research and teaching are truly endless. We believe that utilizing the land at Green Castle Estate for educational purposes creates a positive social and economic impact within our community, and creates learning opportunities for students and teachers that changes their view on the world, and inspires them to make it a better place.
Our goal is to attract researchers and students that are interested in understanding and interacting with a tropical landscape.
